USCG: Nearly 4,000 pounds of cocaine worth over $28M offloaded at Miami Beach station

The U.S. Coast Guard has removed nearly 4,000 pounds of cocaine from two smuggling boats in the Pacific Ocean, worth over $28.7 million. The seizure occurred during the operation known as Operation Pacific Viper. Since its inception, this year, crews have seized over 215,000 lbs of cocaine and arrested 160 suspected smugglers.
