Newly released data from Zillow indicates that Fairfield County is the most expensive county in Connecticut, with a typical home value of about $656,750. Other counties include Middlesex and Litchfield, where home values are significantly lower but still among the highest in the state. While Fairfield leads, some of the biggest price increases are occurring in New London County, followed by Tolland.
