The man, identified as 31-year-old LUIS DIAZ POLANCO, is accused of intentionally pulling the trigger and opening fire on DEPUTIES. One of the bullets hit Deputy Jose's shoulder and another hit his leg. Despite the injuries, Deputy Jose is expected to recover quickly. The incident occurred during a routine investigation into an incident at a home where two people were questioned about the shooting. The suspect was denied bond by a judge.
