Man arrested in Oak Creek for firing gun, striking victim's ceiling

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, for firing a gun into the floor of an apartment unit, causing it to enter the person living underneath. The incident occurred March 11 near Chicago Road and Oak Lane. The person living in the apartment below reported finding a bullet hole in their ceiling. As police investigated, several people exited the unit where the bullet was fired from, and they were detained. The 19-yr-old was arrested for endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, negligent operation/handling, and for battery-domestic violence-related offenses. The survivor of the attack received minor injuries and declined further medical assistance.
