Driver charged in hit-and-run in St. Charles that killed motorcyclist from Elgin, police say

A woman, Morgan C. Mroz, has been charged with several felonies in connection with the death of a motorcyclist in St. Charles, Illinois. The victim, a 27-year-old Elgin man, was pronounced dead at a hospital. Mros is also charged with four additional traffic citations. The incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on Wednesday.
