Lil Nas X, real name Montero Hill, has been ordered into a mental health diversion program for a near-naked arrest by Los Angeles police officers. The judge granted the rapper a diversion program instead of jail time. The program allows individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders to receive treatment instead of facing jail time, and some defendants can have their cases dismissed after completing the program. Nas, who was reportedly seen roaming the streets of Studio City alone wearing only a white pair of underwear and cowboy boots in August 2025, was arrested after allegedly charging at and attacking the officers who responded. He was hospitalized for a possible overdose after the arrest.
