Dia De Portugal Festival Will Return To Newark: 2026 Event Schedule, Honorees

The annual Dia de Portugal festival in Newark, New Jersey, will take place from June 12 to 15 at Peter Francisco Park in Newark. The event will be part of a celebration of Portuguese-American heritage. The honorees are Carlos de Oliveira Farinhas and Joe Rendeiro, who have been recognized for their significant contributions to the Portuguese and Luso-American community. The festival will also feature a parade along Ferry Street and performances at PeterFrancis Park.
