Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany has sold his six-bedroom home in Cheshire for £3,450,000 (€3,967,068), according to a report from The Sun. This comes after he reportedly reduced the asking price by £300,000 down to £3.65M last year due to housing shortages in the affluent towns of Alderley Edge, Wilmslow and Prestbury. Property source suggested that the buyer may have agreed to £250,000 off the initial asking price. The property, completed in 2009, combines traditional architectural detailing with contemporary design, providing approximately 7,600 sq ft of accommodation over four floors and within 0.70 acre of landscaped gardens.
