The secret menu at Sweet Treat, a late-night dessert spot in Richmond, Virginia, allows for custom-ordered coffee drinks and around 50 add-in flavors. The restaurant opened last fall and features a Fruity Pebbles latte inspired by the cereal milk trend. The staff is always pleasant, with the staff being friendly and knowledgeable. The Frawiest latte ($6.25) is one of the best in the city.
