The funding will be distributed to projects in Ocean City, Strathmere, Sea Isle City, Avalon and Stone Harbor. This is the largest investment in New Jersey beach projects without a hurricane, according to Congressman Van Drew. Additional dredging investments across South Jersey will also include projects on the Salem River, Maurice River, Cold Spring Inlet, and the New Jersey Intracoastal Waterway.
