The Russian Foreign Ministry has issued a warning to foreign nationals to leave Kyiv following a large-scale attack on the Ukrainian capital. The ministry accused Ukrainian forces of launching an attack on a Russian university. The strikes targeted enterprises in the Ukrainian defence industry, including facilities for designing, manufacturing, and programming drones. Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that the Russian forces launched an Oreshnik ballistic missile on Bila Tserkva, a city in central Ukraine, as part of a larger attack on Ukraine. The attack also targeted a water supply facility, a market, and residential buildings. The European Commission and French President Emmanuel Macron have both condemned the Russian attack and pledged to stand with Ukraine.
