Viral Tesla FSD video shows why human drivers are a big problem

Tesla has admitted that its Full Self-Driving (Supervised) system is not the Level 4 autonomous driving experience promised by the company. The company was forced to add "Supervised" to the official FSD name. This is not what it is designed to do. The California Department of Motor Vehicles accused Tesla in 2022 of making misleading statements about FSD and Autopilot, and threatened to pull Tesla’s vehicle dealer and manufacturing licenses. However, a recent viral video from California showed the dangers of FSD being fully-autonomous without human intervention. Despite this, Tesla CEO Elon Musk continues to make cars with this feature. A Florida jury has ruled that the family of Naibel Benavides and crash survivor Dillon Angulo are entitled to the nearly quarter-billion-dollar award after driver George McGee crashed his Tesla into a vehicle they were standing outside of.
