Abul Jalloh, a serial criminal illegal alien with over 30 arrests, is accused of stabbing his mother, Stephanie Minter, 41, to death at a Virginia bus stop. Prosecutors say they couldn't keep him behind bars due to his victims failing to show up in court. An employee at a nearby business recognized Jaloh the next day and led to his arrest on a petit larceny charge. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed that Jallo entered the country illegally in 2012 from Sierra Leone and had a detainer on him in 2020 and a removal order obtained by ICE. However, he remained in the community through subsequent arrests and jail stays.
