A shooting occurred early Sunday morning on Aurora's East Side, with six rounds fired and a residence and a church both struck. No injuries were reported. During the investigation, police found firearms connected to the incident placed in a vehicle parked in the area. An adult and two juveniles were initially taken into custody, but later released pending further investigation. The recovered weapons are undergoing forensic processing and will be submitted to the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network.
