Scooter rider hospitalized after hit-and-run crash on Southeast Side, SAPD says

A scooter rider, identified as a 21-year-old man, was hit by a black SUV on the Southeast Side of San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Police Department. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. No arrests have been made.
