The North American Police Department has released a list of charges related to second-degree assault with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and other offenses. The list also includes Michael Bartlett Toftness, who is accused of threatening/physical threats, and Austin Viglion, who was charged with disorderly conduct. All charges are based on allegations of innocence.
