Chinese automaker, like BYD, has unveiled its Blade Battery 2.0 and Flash Charging technology, which can charge an electric vehicle from 10% to 70% in five minutes and up to 97% in nine minutes. While BYD's Flash Chargers can be recharged at a speed of up to 1,500 kW, another Chinese automaker has also unlocked EV chargers with a peak power of 1,300 kW. Volvo owner Geely's self-developed charging network now has 2,103 stations across 215 cities, with 1,216 being ultra-fast charging stations. The company is advancing new batteries, new powertrains, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and other related EV tech to maintain its lead over the competition.
