Council Bluffs, Iowa, police are searching for 43-year-old Christopher Harper of Omaha, accused of cutting 45-year old Alan Vanheusen with a knife during a road rage incident. During the fight, Harper was cut but survived with non-life-threatening injuries. Harper fled the scene and has not been located, leading to a felony arrest warrant being issued for willful injury causing serious injury.
