64-year-old victim identified, suspect arrested in Chicano Park deadly shooting

The San Diego Police Department has identified the victim of a fatal shooting near Chicano Park, identified as 64-year-old Raul Torres. The suspect, identified by police as 31-year old Benjamin Gonzales, was arrested following an investigation into the incident. Gonzales is seeking public assistance for any information regarding the shooting.
