Aaliyah McNeal, a 31-year-old Dallas native now living in Georgia, has won the 2026 Big Tex Boot Design Contest. Her design incorporates key Texas symbols such as longhorns, bluebonnets, pecan trees, prickly pears, and the Texas Star Ferris Wheel. McNeal will collaborate with Lucchese to finalize the design before it is unveiled at the fair's opening.
