David Harbour, known for his imposing physical presence and strong performances, has been performing well in the HBO Max crime dramedy “DTF St. Louis” the seven-episode miniseries about a love triangle involving three adults, including local weatherman Clark Forrest (Jason Bateman), ASL interpreter Floyd Smernitch (Harbour), and Floyd’s wife, Carol (Linda Cardellini). The series has been building momentum since its premiere on March 1 and is set to conclude on April 12. While the show's initial draw may be its sexual escapades, its most memorable moments have been from Harbour's portrayal of Floyd, a devoted stepfather to Richard (Ruf), who wears the same vest to school every day. The show was originally inspired by James Lasdun.
