William Horman, convicted of murdering Robert Dowd, will have a new hearing on April 10 in La Salle County Circuit Court. Horman argues that his conviction was based on false testimony from his accomplice, Jonathan Beckman, who allegedly lied about seeing Horman murder. Despite numerous appeals, the 3rd District Appellate Court has remanded Henson back to LaSalle County for a new round of post-trial motions.
