A groundbreaking ceremony took place for the construction of the Nobis Rehabilitation Hospital in Seven Hills, Ohio. The project is expected to bring in nearly $600,000 in taxes to the city and over $800,000 to Parma City Schools annually. The groundbreaking marks a significant milestone for Seven Hills after decades of unsuccessful proposals for the prime 50 acres along Rockside Road. The hospital is expected be completed in 2027. The other components of the project include a nearly 11,000-square-foot Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant, and a residential development by Pulte Homes.
