Box Office: ‘Project Hail Mary’ Adds $14.6 Million; ‘They Will Kill You’ Cuts Down $2.3 Million on Opening Day

“Project Hail Mary” grossed $14.6 million on its second Friday in North American theaters, with a projected total of $53.1 million. The film is set to gross $162.9 million domestically through two weeks of release. It's already being hailed as 2026's first major four-quadrant hit. Other top films included Disney and Pixar's "Hoppers," "They Will Kill You," and "Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge".
