The public hearing on March 4 was cancelled due to concerns about traffic and safety, incompatibility with existing neighborhood character, and potential phase II of the project. The revised site plan states that there are now 52 total units in the plan, instead of the original 60 units. A public hearing for the revised proposal will be held at a later date.
