A recent ruling by the Central District Court in Israel revealed a covert financial network that transferred millions of shekels to Hamas via intermediaries in Israel, supporting terrorism in Gaza and the West Bank. The operation was led by Fadi Arabi, whose brother is connected to Hamas operatives in Turkey. One of these individuals, Adem Dolani, was sentenced to five years in prison and a fine of NIS 270,000. The prosecution argued that Dolani was aware of the funds' intended purpose for terrorist activities and that the transfers indicated a higher level of involvement than any other defendants in the case.
