A Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) officer, who was arrested in January for allegedly allowing a transport truck with millions of dollars worth of drugs to pass through the Ontario-New York border, has been charged with trafficking and conspiracy. The driver of the transport truck has also been arrested.
