Warren Puts $7.5M Hofheimer House Restoration On November Ballot

The Township Committee is set to approve a resolution placing a non-binding public question on the Nov. 3 general election ballot regarding the restoration of the historic Hofheimer House, which has been vacant since 2017. The estimated cost of the project would increase by $81 per year based on a 20-year bond issue. However, a majority vote from the public would not necessarily oblige the Township Committee to proceed.
