Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's Custody Agreement Revealed After Former Couple Finalizes Divorce

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have finalized their divorce and custody arrangement for their three children, according to court documents. The couple, who share daughters Honor Marie, 17, and Haven Garner, 14, as well as son Hayes Alba, 8, will share joint legal and physical custody of their children. Alba filed for divorce from Warren in February 2025 citing irreconcilable differences and listed their date of separation as Dec. 27, 2024. She also requested her legal name be restored to Jessica Marie Alba.
