Prime After Dark, a late-night steakhouse delivery-only concept in Miami and Miami Beach, is now open. The restaurant is designed to provide an opulent, steakhouse-level experience at a cost of $15 per person. The founders, Dennis Arakelian and Jordan Culpepper, focus on packaging food in temperature-controlled, compartmentalized boxes that keep hot food hot, cold, and textures just as they should be. The menu includes USDA Prime cuts, Wagyu, seafood towers, and truffle-laced pastas designed to travel well and arrive intact. The large-format "Luxe Boxes" are a Prime After Dark signature offering, featuring premium offerings such as a Sammich Sampler Box featuring Wagyu Meatball, French dip, Millionaire BLT and Chicken Parm. All customers receive the same level of exceptional service.
