Richard Henry Wins Special Election To Fill Open District 3 Seat On Tuscaloosa City Council

Richard Henry, a longtime Tuscaloosa resident and commercial real estate developer, won a Special Election to fill the vacant District 3 seat on the city's City Council. Henry defeated his opponent in a two-man race. He is expected to be sworn in at the next City Council meeting.
