A male suspect is in custody over the murder of four toddlers aged two to three in a stabbing attack on a kindergarten in Uganda's capital, Kampala. The suspect, identified as 39-year-old Okello Christopher Onyum, gained access to the Ggaba Early Childhood Development Program school in Makindye Division by posing as a parent. He then attacked the children, aged between two and three, before being caught by an angry mob who attempted to lynch him.
