Dublin-based trade finance and working capital fintech, Teybridge Capital Europe, has pledged to invest £4.5 million in the UK market over the next three years, create 30 new jobs at its London office, and lend £600 million to British SMEs over the same period. This pledge was part of a package of £937 million in Irish investment and approximately 850 new jobs. The pledges were made at the second UK-Ireland Summit, where Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Taoiseach Martin announced a total of 15 Irish companies' expansion plans. The commitment was supported by Enterprise Ireland, the Irish government’s trade and innovation agency. As of October 2025, Teibridge had closed a strategic equity investment from Madrid-based family office Baghdadi Capital, taking over 60% of its lending portfolio.
