Chad L. Norton, 28, is facing charges including aggravated battery and reckless endangerment for a road rage incident that occurred on April 23. The dispute began when Norton allegedly yelled, "Don't you know how to use your f---ing turn signal!" at the end of a traffic encounter. The victim, however, claims the altercation lasted several seconds and he didn't notice the stabbing until returning to his car. Police found multiple puncture wounds at the scene.
