UCLA's leading scorer, Tyler Bilodeau, will not play in its second consecutive NCAA Tournament game due to a sprained right knee injury that has left him averaging 17.6 points and 5.6 rebounds for the team. Despite returning to practice and appearing to be on the verge of playing against UCF, UCLA coach Mick Cronin kept him out as a precautionary measure.
