Nighesthesthen: Deliverance 2 lead, Daniel Vávra, believes that the upcoming DLSS 5 technology will replace expensive raytracing and replace current technology. Vávera, co-founder of Warhorse Studios and director of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, shared his thoughts in a new online post about the AI-powered "breakthrough" in visuals. However, many developers have voiced their opposition to the AI tech, arguing that it will not improve enough. The DLSS5 technology is set to launch in the fall and is expected to be reviewed by several months before it truly plays out.
