Daniel Moreno-Gama, the suspect in the attack on OpenAI CEO Sam Altman and the company's headquarters, has been held without bail in California Superior Court. His arraignment on charges of attempted murder and attempted arson was moved to May 5. The San Francisco district attorney's office had requested Moreno's release due to his risk to public safety. He is accused of traveling from Texas to San Francisco and throwing an incendiary device at Altman's home, then attempting to break down the doors of the offices with a chair. No one was injured in the incident.
