App Store policy must change as Epic convinces US Circuit Court to reverse stay

Apple has won a stay against enforcing App Store changes as Epic Games appealed the Supreme Court ruling, but this was short-lived as Epic appealed the stay. The US Ninth Circuit Court reversed the stay, stating that Apple must comply with previous mandates. Despite this, Apple still retains the power to create a new App Store commission system that would still earn it significant revenue. The case against Apple was previously refused at the Supreme court, and Apple argued that there would be no need for lower court involvement until after the appeal was concluded.
