Democratic candidate drops out of Nebraska's Second Congressional District race

A Democratic candidate is withdrawing from the Second Congressional District race in Nebraska. James Leuschen, an Omaha native and Creighton University graduate, will still appear on the primary ballot in May. His campaign has raised $323,000, spent $97,000 and has $226,000 in cash on hand. There are currently eight candidates competing in the race.
