Howard Stern's ex-assistant seeks millions in lawsuit alleging hostile work environment
Published on April 14, 2026.
Leslie Kuhn, former executive assistant for Howard Stern and his wife, Beth Stern, is suing them for creating a hostile work environment and engaging in "questionable business operations" during her four-year tenure. Kuhn is seeking a minimum of $2.5 million in damages. Her initial complaint was against the Sterns for violating a confidentiality agreement and non-disclosure agreement. The complaint also criticizes Beth's animal rescue organization, which Kuhn alleges was "massively disorganized" and used "questionably" practices. The Sterns have not yet responded to the lawsuit, nor have publicly commented on the matter.
