Iran has executed three people convicted of murdering police officers and assisting in operations in favour of the United States and Israel during pre-war unrest. The execution comes amid the ongoing war on Iran, which authorities claim killed 3,117 people during the anti-establishment protests. The United States-based Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) had verified 6,872 deaths and was investigating more than 11,000 other cases before the war began. Earlier this week, Iran executed a Swedish citizen after announcing the execution of an alleged Israeli spy.
