Former England striker, Wayne Rooney, has praised the impact of 16-year-old Arsenal winger Max Dowman on the team, suggesting that he may need to focus on his GCSEs for the rest of the season. Dowman's goal in a 2-0 win over Everton helped Arsenal move nine points clear at the top of the Premier League. Despite this, Rooney was once the Premier league's youngest scorer when he played for Everton against Arsenal in 2002.
