Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani is set to open Italian restaurant Zingaro in Madisonville, Cincinnati. The restaurant is part of Viviani's growing success, with appearances on "Top Chef" and "Cutthroat Kitchen: All-Star Tournament." He has also established 40 other restaurants in Chicago, New York, and California. Despite his fame and success, Viviani aims to build a lasting restaurant that can last for a long time. His new restaurant will feature handmade pasta dishes, steak and seafood items, with highlights including the chianti smoked porkchop. The bar features an extensive cocktail menu and wine service.
