Rep. Kristin Robbins has withdrawn from the Republican Party's gubernatorial race, citing her support for Nikki Haley over Donald Trump in the 2024 GOP presidential primary. She also announced that she would be a "private citizen" in 2027, indicating she wouldn't run for a Senate seat. This is part of a three-way race between House Speaker Lisa Demuth, repeat candidate Kendall Qualls, and MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell. Meanwhile, DFL state representative Dan Wolgamott has withdrawn his endorsement of Angie Craig for U.S. Senate and instead chose Peggy Flanagan.
