Laconia, Merrimack, Manchester, And Sanbornton Men Charged With DUI During St. Patrick’s Day Enforcement

New Hampshire State Police conducted a high-visibility enforcement initiative during the St. Patrick's Day holiday, which saw nearly 800 calls for service and over 500 vehicles pulled over. During the operation, troopers made 516 traffic stops, 121 speed citations issued, and 15 people were arrested for various charges. Jeffrey R. Gelinas, Jeffrey R., Jeffrey L. Gelina, Mark Francis Houten, and Alec Gary Snow were among those charged with driving under the influence, unlawfully transporting alcohol or marijuana, and speeding more than 26 mph over the posted limit. Other arrests included charges related to domestic violence, assault, and possession of a dangerous weapon.
