A four-bedroom contemporary-style home once owned by Robert Wesley, the late architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, will be on the market in April for $749,000. The house was built in the mid-1970s by Wesley, who was the first Black partner of the architectural firm. Current owners Cynthia Ramsey Nolan and her husband, Tom, bought the home in 2002 from Wesley. The home, set on a 0.75-acre lot, has four bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, a living room with a two-story wall of glass, a screened porch, a wraparound deck and two primary suites.
