Jackson Cook, a 6-foot-4, 290-pound offensive lineman from Westlake, has committed to the Texas Longhorns. He is the first offensive lineman to commit out of the 2027 class and is ranked as the No. 67 interior offensive lineman in the country by 247Sports. The senior athlete has offers from over 20 different universities.
