A Korean restaurant trio, Sanbada, Bombbada and Jinjee, have opened in Allston, Boston. The team includes Dean Kwak, Mark Kim, and Henry Kim, who also own Cafe Weekend on Harvard Avenue. Despite Allston's reputation as a hub for Korean food, there is a need for more authenticity in the area. SanBada's main focus is the ocean, with whole grilled fish sets making up most of the menu. The restaurant's debut on Feb. 14 has been well-received, with customers enjoying an unlimited banchan bar, rice, soup of the day, and unlimited ice cream. The next concept will be Bombaada, which will stay open until 2 a.m.
