Migos rapper Offset performed at the University of Arkansas’s Rowfest, marking his first performance since being shot last week. The rapper was injured outside Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, Florida, following an altercation. He was released from the hospital only 48 hours into the performance. Despite not being formally charged with the crime, fellow rapper Lil Tjay, born Tione Jayden Merritt, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with disorderly conduct. The investigation is ongoing to identify additional persons involved in the incident.
