Man arrested for arson in Troutman gas station restroom

A 47-year-old man from Taylorsville, North Carolina, has been arrested for allegedly setting a fire inside an occupied gas station. The incident occurred at the Pilot Travel Center on Jan. 14. The Iredell County Sheriff's Office found the fire in a stall, which was set alight, and identified the suspect through video surveillance. The suspect is currently being held at the Iredeval County Detention Center under a $150,000 bond.
